ACTV Strength Co is a strength and conditioning gym that offers a variety of classes to help you achieve your fitness goals. ACTV’s training program allows everyone to push to THE NEXT LEVEL. The reason so many people love ACTV is because ACTV is a community of people who strive to be better. We train hard, we train smart, and we achieve together.
ACTV offers a more personalized approach to fitness, we focus on delivering high-quality classes that are designed with progression in mind. We offer a range of classes that are tailored to your specific goals, including our innovative Fusion class, Force class, and Fit class. We use science backed methods to have you training more efficiently, with the ultimate goal in mind to have looking and feeling better than ever. We also prioritise proper form and technique to help prevent injury and ensure maximum results. We assess everything at ACTV. Whether you’re looking to enhance your body composition or achieve performance goals we are always assessing to ensure you get results.
Yes, absolutely! We welcome people of all fitness levels, and our trainers will work with you to create a plan that fits your specific needs and goals.
OUR CLASSES.
Progressive and purpose driven, our Force classes provide the structure necessary to make you stronger and more powerful.
In class we use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and bodyweight at different speeds, loads, volumes and in different ways with an overall objective of building lean muscle mass.
These classes will have you looking great and feeling even better, taking your strength and body composition goals to THE NEXT LEVEL.
Our Fit class is thoughtfully designed using proven methods to ensure you get the most out of your training. We focus on improving both your anaerobic and aerobic capacity, taking your calorie burn to THE NEXT LEVEL.
Our Fusion class is a unique blend of our Fit and Force classes, offering a perfect mix depending on your personal goals. We use this class to either speed up or slow down our members, so they can remain training at THE NEXT LEVEL.
It’s important to find a training schedule that works for your body and lifestyle. We recommend at least 4-5 sessions per week for optimal results. Our program is designed intelligently, we regulate load and volume so you can be training at your best all the time.
OUR MEMBERSHIPS.
The great news is we don’t do locked in contracts at ACTV. We have several membership options from unlimited classes per week, 3 classes per week and 2 classes per week. We also have 10 class packs available for purchase. We have built an amazing community of people who want to be at our facility so we don’t lock anyone into a contract. If for any reason your circumstances change all we ask is for 2 weeks’ notice.
