Working as a lawyer for a number of years, Paris quit her job to pursue her passion for health and fitness and helping others. Together with her partner Jackson, they opened ACTV Strength Co. Ashmore in July 2022. Paris has played sport her whole life and currently plays AFL in QLD’s top women’s division. From a young age, commitment, dedication and performance has been woven into every aspect of her life. She believes the secret to achieving your goals is to stay consistent, dedicated and have a positive mindset – which will all come easier with the right likeminded people around you. That’s why for Paris, being part of a team and community has always been important.

Jackson has been immersed in elite level sporting environments his whole life and still actively plays AFL at a high level. Growing up on a farm in Victoria, he is a true outdoorsman who knows the importance of hard work, perseverance, and dedication. Jacko thrives on helping others. He is passionate and caring and will go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals not only in the gym, but in life. He is the friendly face that will make you laugh on the daily.

Zeb joined the ACTV Ashmore Coaching Team in 2023. Through his professional Rugby League career in top-level competitions like the NRL and Super league, Zeb has been able to gain invaluable experiences and skills which have shaped him into the amazing person and trainer he is today. Humble, hardworking, kind and passionate Zeb is an integral member of our team and community. Although a gentle giant, don’t be fooled - he will push you to reach that next level in your training.
