ACTV CLASSES

FORCE CLASSES

Progressive and purpose driven, our FORCE classes provide the structure necessary to make our members stronger and more powerful. We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and bodyweight, at different speeds, loads and volumes and utilise several proven methods, with an overall objective of building lean muscle mass. These classes will have you looking great and feeling even better. Taking your strength and body composition goals to ‘THE NEXT LEVEL’.

FIT CLASSES

Our FIT classes just hit different. Thoughtfully designed using several proven methods, these classes are designed to ensure members get the most out of their training. Our members will sweat and at times, they will hurt but most importantly they will improve. In these classes our overall objective is to improve both anaerobic and aerobic capacity. Our FIT classes will take that calorie burn to ‘THE NEXT LEVEL’.

FUSION CLASSES

This class has it all – a mix between both FIT and FORCE. FUSION always has the perfect mix depending on your personal goals. In this class we utilize a blend of conditioning and strength based movements at different capacities. This allows our members to choose a Force or Fit Based Option. Our Fusion Class focuses on you and will take your training to the THE NEXT LEVEl.

ALL IN CLASSES

Join us every Saturday for our ALL IN classes, expect high energy team-based workouts that foster a strong sense of community. With our program grounded in scientific principles you will notice variation in intensity from week to week. Just because it’s Saturday we don’t forget the Science behind our program. Some ALL IN classes will be tough and some a little more moderate. This is a class you will look forward to every week and the best way to start your weekend. We train hard, we train smart, we achieve together!
